People begin to witness ghosts in every nook and corner after the quake! Mayhem breaks lose in Rajnagar with fleeing the town and trying frantically to sell off the properties! Dhruv urges the residents to practice restraint and not follow the hermit blindly! The people listen to his views and stall their decision to sell off their properties. But another low intensity quake if felt in Rajnagar. The hysteria reaches a crescendo and people rush to Bapu Swamiji for guidance! A building mafia offers to buy up the properties at throw away prices at the behest of Bapu Swamiji! Will this syndicate Dhruv convince residents of Rajnagar to sell their properties for peanuts? The building mafia is out to gobble properties in Rajnagar. Bapu Swamiji is in cahoots with them, but then why did he protect Dhruv from getting killed in the battle? Why is Rajnagar so vulnerable to such frequent earth quakes?
