A political opponent of mayor Shantidas approaches a shady character named Master Blaster to eliminate the mayor! Master blaster sends his hit man, a mutant named 'Grenade' to assassinate the mayor! As fate would have it Dhruv manages to reach the mayor just in time to save him from the lethal attack. The identity of the mastermind remains a mystery as the assassin is in coma. The children of mayor Shantaram who happened to accompany Dhruv pledge revenge against the man responsible for this attack. They find a clue in the form a letter in the litter of their dad's study! The boys follow the trail which leads them to a desolate farm house by the very man who had placed the contract to kill Shantaram! Dr. Musa places the assassin under his super vision as he was also conducting a research on explosive elements in the human mutants! Master Blaster has acquired designs of atom bomb and a small quantity of uranium! Master Blaster decides to test the atomic device at the same farm house which the kids wanted to investigate! Dhruv is totally unaware of the presence of the kids in the farmhouse? Can he nab Master Blaster and save the kids at the same time? Dhruv is facing a tricky situation! These mutants can explode at will and are unable to arrest the chain of events. Will Dhruv and Dr. Musa find a way out to help the mutants as well as get rid of master blaster?
